Shipping costs
We pay the shipping costs for each order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity required.
Processing Time:
– Once an order has been placed, we need 1 working day to process it. During the week it takes one working day, but if you order on Friday evening or at the weekend it may take a little longer.
Shipping time:
– Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. On average, delivery takes 1 working day, depending on PostNL for shipping inside the Netherlands. For outside the Naetherlands it can take up to 5 business days.
We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or other problems, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

Return
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can request a return form from Customer Service. Always state your order number here! You can do this by sending an email to the following email address: info@zorano-reads.com
In that case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order still contains all suitable parts and components and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product.
2. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
3. A return shipment will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return shipment will be officially confirmed within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to start the return procedure.
-send an email to: info@zorano-reads.com
-Make sure the email contains the following:
1. Order number
2. Reason for the return request
3. Photo of the product in case of breakage
4. First name + last name of the customer
5. Customer’s address
We will then speak to you and provide you with the return address.
Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you ask us. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
All packages can be canceled without giving any reason within 24 hours, please contact customer service at info@zorano-reads.com or reply to your order confirmation.
